Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial browsing purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems.

Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, and design assets are owned by ooshimooshi or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Payments and Fulfillment

Payments are processed through Stripe, and printed poster orders may be produced or fulfilled by third-party production partners. Those partners process only the information needed to complete checkout, production, shipping, fraud prevention, and support.

Custom Poster Proofs and Personalized Orders

Custom alphabet posters are made from the proof you confirm before checkout. Please check spelling, selected letters, images, colors, and layout carefully. Once a personalized poster has been confirmed and sent to print, customer-entered spelling, image, color, or layout mistakes generally cannot be returned or reprinted at no cost.

If an order arrives damaged, the wrong item is sent, or there is a platform-side rendering or fulfillment error that differs from the confirmed proof, contact us so we can review a replacement or refund.

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability
