Personalization policy
Customized posters are made to order. If the confirmed proof contains a customer-entered spelling, image, color, or layout mistake, it generally cannot be returned after printing. Production defects, wrong items, damage in transit, or platform-side rendering errors are handled separately - see Shipping and returns.
