Shipping and Returns

Clear expectations before you buy. We specify the paper, each poster is printed to order on that sheet, standard shipping is shown before you pay, and customised letter swaps are treated as personalised goods.

Who prints your poster

We design the alphabet art and we specify the paper. After payment, Prodigi prints each poster to order on that sheet and ships it. Production takes a few days because the print is made for your order. Every size uses the same paper.

• Printer: Prodigi.
• Where it is printed: the Prodigi lab closest to the delivery address. This paper is printed in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and Canada.
• Where it ships from: the same lab that printed it. A United States address is normally printed and shipped in the United States.
• Paper: 200gsm enhanced matte art paper, on every size. 200gsm means 200 grams per square metre, the weight of the sheet. It is smooth and natural white, with a matte surface that keeps glare down.
• Printing: giclée, using pigment inks suited to indoor display. The same paper specification goes to the lab for every order.
• What arrives: an unframed print, rolled in plain protective packaging. The parcel is packed as an ooshimooshi order.
• Production time: usually 1 to 3 business days after payment. Weekends and local public holidays sit outside that window.
• Shipping price: standard shipping to the United States is $6.99 (USD) per order. Checkout shows that amount again before you pay.
• Shipping time: inside the United States, delivery is usually 4 to 6 business days after the print ships, on top of production. Other destinations depend on the lab and the route. Checkout only offers countries we can ship to.
• Tracking: sent to the email used at checkout when the lab provides it, along with an order confirmation when email notices are enabled.

Ready-to-buy posters

Preset culture sets do not require a proof step. The design you see on the product page is what goes to print for that theme and art style.

Customised letter swaps

If you customise letters in the builder, confirm the on-screen proof carefully before checkout. Spelling, selected images, colours, and layout on the confirmed proof are the print source. Customer-entered mistakes on a confirmed personalised proof generally cannot be returned or reprinted at no cost.

Returns, damage, and wrong items

Prints are made to order for delivery in the United States. Change of mind is not a standard return, and there is no set return window.

• Production defects, wrong item, or damage in transit: email hello@ooshimooshi.com with your order email, order reference, and clear photos. We will review a replacement or refund.
• Change of mind on a customised print: personalised posters made from your confirmed proof are generally not returnable.
• Ready-to-buy change of mind: this is not a standard return. If the print is still unopened and undamaged, email us promptly and we may review the request. Shipping paid at checkout is not refunded, and you pay return postage if we accept one.
