Shipping and Returns

Clear expectations before you buy: prints are made to order, standard shipping is shown and charged in checkout for allowed destinations, and customized letter swaps are treated as personalized goods.

What you are buying

Ready-to-buy culture alphabet posters are unframed art prints. Choose a print size on the product page, then buy now or add to cart. Frames are not included unless a listing says otherwise.

Shipping

• When production starts: after successful Stripe payment.
• Fulfillment: a print partner produces and ships your order.
• Cost: standard shipping is added at checkout for addresses in our allowed countries. The amount is shown before you pay.
• Tracking: sent to the email used at checkout when available (order confirmation and shipping notices when enabled, plus partner tracking when provided).

We do not quote every destination on the product page because address and size matter. If shipping looks wrong at checkout, contact hello@ooshimooshi.com before paying. You can also reach us on the Contact page.

Ready-to-buy posters

Preset culture sets do not require a proof step. The design you see on the product page is what goes to print for that theme and art style.

Customized letter swaps

If you customize letters in the builder, confirm the on-screen proof carefully before checkout. Spelling, selected images, colors, and layout on the confirmed proof are the print source. Customer-entered mistakes on a confirmed personalized proof generally cannot be returned or reprinted at no cost.

Returns, damage, and wrong items

• Production defects, wrong item, or damage in transit: email hello@ooshimooshi.com with your order email, order reference, and clear photos. We will review a replacement or refund.
• Change of mind on a customized print: personalized posters made from your confirmed proof are generally not returnable.
• Ready-to-buy change of mind: contact us promptly after delivery. Unopened, undamaged prints may be eligible for return review on a case-by-case basis; shipping costs may not be refundable.
